About Me
I'm an MG-Fanatic since 1986. Owning several MGCGTs (1968 & 1969) and a MG NA Magnette S/C (1934). I collect various MG bits and pieces: i.e. MG-(period) Pictures, MG-Ads (a couple of hundreds - never actually counted them), MG Car Badges, MG Pin Badges, MG Key Fobs, MG Sew-on patches. Plus I'm collecting anything on MGCs and on prewar 6 cylinders. |

About Me
I've been a car lover since I was a boy; I like berlines and especially the elegance of British cars (Jaguar, Triumph, Daimler, Rolls...) |

About Me
I purchase a MGB GT in London from Henley Motors in December 1967 for GBP 900. I then worked in sales at John C Beadle, Dartford, Kent, BMC dealers, during 1968. We were married in London in 1968 and then toured Europe in that car before shipping it from Genoa Italy to NZ, where we sold the car to pay the deposit on our first house . We now live at Gold Coast City, Australia, and three years ago bought the identical car unrestored. We spent a small fortune restoring the car fully and it must surely be one of the best in the world, but probably worth half the restoration cost. The car is identical to the original one in mineral blue. My drive car is a V8 M3, so comparitively the BGT handles like a Ferguson Tractor, but I love it almost as much as my wife.
